Been In Business over 30 years. Chef Dean Prides himself on making as mush of the food from scratch, & Chef Dean's Wife Gayla; she is out of the box thinker that creates the displays and decor for the entire operation. Bon Appetit are extraordinary , from the care and detail they put into every aspect of the food.
Bon Appetit's food was one of the biggest hits at our reception. People are still talking about it 2 months later. In addition to their mouth watering EVERYTHING, they have the coolest decorations to go along with it. I simply cannot describe their work good enough. They've won many awards (the biggest in Las Vegas!), and their pricing is exactely what we were looking for. (They could've charged twice as much and got away with it!) Gayla Dean, Chef Dean's wife, is who we met with and talked to about everything. She is such a nice person, and very passionate about her and her husband's catering business. They do a tasting once a year, around the end of March/Beginning of April, which I would definitely recommend going to for ideas.
