Rating a 1 is even being courteous. Shelley has extremely poor customer service skills and is a bit rude. Our flowers were not the colors we had asked for nor discussed. We had to pick up our flowers ourself the day of the wedding because she wasnt planning on dropping off until an hour before the ceremony. Flowers were falling apart and falling off after we received them. I would definately not reccomend.
