I need to say that this may just have been their choice in driver. We had used them before and had a great experience.

So the limo showed up 10 minuets late to pick us up to drive us to our location, which would not have been that big of a deal because I had added extra time to the scheduled to make sure we had a 30min buffer. As we got in I noticed it was really hot in the limo, I asked him to turn on the AC. He stated it was controlled in the back of the limo. I explained that the back had no power and was not working, he then processed to argued with me for 15 minuets. Till he finally got out and looked at it noticing that the power was out in the back. Then he had to call someone to tell him to flip a switch in the front to turn on the power.

As we got on the road we were flung around the back of the limo because he did not just lightly press the break he slammed on them every time. My youngest daughter was trying to slowly move from the back to the front when he slammed on the breaks it torpedoed her all the way to the front. Forget having a nice relaxing pre-wedding time with my family, we were all holding on trying not to get thrown around!

He then pulled off the hwy and asked me if we were going to Flagstaff. He did not have the address I had provided and I had to climb through the window and show him how to program the correct address into his GPS.

As we were finally on our way I started to relax. Although it was hard to relax when you are being jerked around by the constant breaking. Mind you we had a hour drive up to the ceremony site in Golden Gate State Park. As we were now about 30 minuets late I was starting to get concerned. Then the limo started making odd noises, then slowed to a stop on the side of the road. The driver rolled down the divider and said, and I quote "the limo is broken" nothing else. Not sorry, not any concern for me the Bride freaking out in the back seat! I then tried to calmly ask the plan, as he just grunted and said we were going to wait. We "waited" for an additional 30 minuets. As we are on the side of the road a good Samaritan pulled over to ask if we needed help. He had water and offered it to the driver, he refused. The driver made no effort to communicate to us the status or if he was doing anything. We finally got back on the road because the guy that pulled over took over and put water in the limo. As we finally got to the site we were a total of 1hour and 25min late to my wedding!!!

I think the final and last straw came when we arrived at the final designation as I was getting out of the limo he stated that I had gone an hour over and there was an overtime rate! I was shocked and very upset.

All of the items if they had happened independently or if the driver/company, had handled them in a professional manner would be something that we would be willing to deal with. But the companies total lack of professionalism makes me feel like they are crooks.

We have reached out to the management of this company to discuss getting a refund for the service, but have not heard back.
