Joseph Catering

We used Joseph as our alcohol caterer and they did an awful job. Although we paid for unlimited beer, wine and soda, they ran out of everything more than an hour before the end of the event (leaving the best man to go on a liquor run during the reception). They were understaffed, bringing only two people to tend to a wedding of 225 people, so the food service had to be delayed to accommodate the long line for the bar. Overall, the one thing that I regret about my wedding day is choosing Joseph Catering.
