This lady is a gem and her cakes the best secret every bride should know about. Not the standard 5'tall museum piece, the cute cupcakes or macaroons (although I bet she'd oblige on the last two!) but mmmm mmmm good tasting cake that you'll go back for seconds. We had 3 must-haves for the wedding: good food, good music and good cake -- all our wishes came true. Sam (Samantha) is one happy lady who loves what she does - and she does it well. We weren't going to have any "toppers" on the cake, but I mentioned I would put some rosemary or sage on the plates....guess what? Sam has her own herb garden and graciously added the perfect touch. I never did get to thank her in person - but I will be going back to North Carolina to say hello.
