Luis Otoya and his team are just so professional and efficient. I don’t have enough words to thank them for their great job. They organized our wedding in only two weeks after we had a horrifying experience with another wedding planner.

From the moment I spoke to Luis for the first time he made me feel that everything was going to be ok, and indeed it was (it was just fabulous)!!! Luis and his team took ownership of our wedding in a matter of days regardless of the short time we had to rearrange everything. They were extremely helpful and patient with all our requests and made sure that each one of them was achieved on our wedding day.

The decoration was so tasteful, the food delicious and the staff was extremely hospitable… They accompanied few of our elder guests back to their hotels after the reception, called taxis for others and were always alert of any need that our guests had. Luis also speaks fluent english so it made it easy for my now husband to communicate.

Choosing Evento y Cocina to organise our wedding was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we found them everything started to fall into place. The extremely talented Luis Alfonso Otoya made my dreams into reality by planning the most beautiful, romantic and quality wedding I could have imagined! From the beginning he was hands on and helped me to plan the wedding I envisioned from a great distance (I´m from the US, but living in Barcelona, Spain)! We had multiple skype dates in which he would update me on progress and calm my nerves. He not only planned the wedding, but also planned and catered the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding, which was a fabulous cocktail and tapas event for 150 people. The food was incredible and his staff are incredibly professional.

The day of the wedding ran so smoothly! I was amazed that there was not one disaster or stressful moment! Because of Luis and his staff, I was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding!
