The flowers delivered were great - mostly in tune with what we talked about.
2 complaints:
- when WE CALLED HER a week before the wedding to confirm the colours and types of flowers she was going to be using for the parents' corsages/boutonnieres, she informed us (not asked us) that she was having difficulty sourcing the colours we contracted for and had decided (without consulting us) to use white/cream instead.
- we found her a bit patronizing/condescending at times.
