Carter's Cake Creations

Carter's Cake Creations is Harriet Carter, based out of Durham, NC. She is a personal friend that does beautiful and tasty wedding cakes. We wanted a cake that looked like birch bark with fall leaves and a topper of two polar bears...she figured out how to do it and made it look spectacular. She specializes in buttercream icing, so the cake beautiful, but it tastes excellent as well! We had a lot of compliments on both the look and taste of the cake.
