Rev. Vance Midgett

Rev. Midgett is the chaplain at Halifax Regional Hospital, but will do wedding ceremonies on request. He did an outstanding job of the ceremony...not your usual 10 minute deal, but one with seriously nice touches. Everyone talked about how nice the ceremony turned out.
