My husband purchased my engagement ring from Joe Escobar and praised their service. It didn’t take him long to peruse the counters before he found the perfect ring for me (since I absolutely love it). Since we were so pleased with the quality and service we decided to get our wedding bands from Joe Escobar as well.

We worked with Sal and I think we were pretty easy customers since we knew exactly what we wanted. He was patient with us and informative. After we placed our order I wanted to purchase a ring cleaning kit but he was gracious enough to give it to us for free (since we did just make a large purchase). When my husband picked up our bands they even gave us a bottle of champagne.

Every time I’ve been back to get my ring cleaned they take the time to inspect the diamond and my ring comes out looking like new. They also offer you a cold beverage :). I’m sure I’ll be back for more jewelry :).
