Kistler Tent and Awning

Kistler Tent and Awning was by far the most expensive thing about our wedding. The tent was very pretty, but dirty and unreal expensive. Also, they did not set anything up but the tent, even though we rented tables and chairs from them. Our napkins that we rented were still on the FedEx truck the day before the wedding, and appeared the day of our wedding thrown on a table in the tent area. Needless to say my family and I spent hours folding napkins and "setting up" the day of the wedding when we had a million other things to be doing. I thought for how expensive they were, it SURELY included set up and take down. Lesson learned.

They also forgot our chocolate fountain which we had ordered from them weeks and weeks before the wedding. When we called him about it (the day of the wedding) he said we didn't order one, later he found that we did and brought it out. The chocolate fountain worked for maybe 5 minutes.

When we received our bill from Kistler there were things on there that we didn't have like 4 side walls, and charges like freight for nakpins that we didn't think we would have to pay.

I would NOT recommend Kistler for a tent rental.
