Carmen Cecilia, La Chiche, is definitely the BEST!! She coordinated my wedding in Cartagena, Colombia and all my wedding events, four days of celebration: welcome cocktail with horse and carriage ride, private island day, chiva night and the most incredible wedding day. When we came in to the reception room and all our guest expressions were WWWOOOWWW!!! Carmen helped me all the way from the moment we called her for the first time!!
