Terrible! She was late to the rehearsal stating a family emergency. That was fine I received a phone call prior alerting me to the situation. We decorated until they arrived. The day of the wedding she was late to the ceremony! 30 minutes late! As the bride I was focused on my groom not seeing me so I wasn't aware until we were all set and ready to go and we had no one there to marry us. When she arrived she didn't seem to care that she was late. I didn't hear her say once that she was sorry. Guests had begun to think I changed my mind! The owners of the site had to say something to her when she did arrive and even then she didn't change her pace or her attitude. I was not impressed and I'm still trying to get a refund.
