Flair on the Fly Professional Bartending Services is a fully liquor licensed bar service company. We are licensed with full ability to provide cash bars, limited bars and open/host bars.

**A cash bar is a service provided to the event host in a manner that we provide, supply, and sell the drinks to their guests in the same manner that they would receive at a traditional bar. We bring with us all alcohol, mixers, and bar tools. We set up our cash drawer and sell drinks to the guests directly, thus alleviating the event host from having the overhead of purchasing/providing alcohol and mixers. The host of the event pays us a flat rate fee for service, and this is their ONLY “bar expense” for the event period. We take care of everything else. We supply cups, straws, bar tools (shakers, strainers, pour spouts, bar mats, wine keys, etc.)

**A host bar or “open bar” is a service provided to the event host in a manner that they choose to assume all the financial costs of the liquor consumed by guests. In the “host bar setup” the host of the event may want to purchase the alcohol through Flair on the Fly (we can usually offer a discounted price), have us deliver the alcohol to the event site, and then receive the bartending services from our extensively trained bar staff. They allow the guests attending the event to drink free of charge on “their bill.” In these instances Flair on the Fly still provides all bar tools, delivers the alcohol, and provides the bartending services.

***A Limited Bar is a service provided to the event host in a manner that we provide, supply and offer an open bar for a limited time. This limited bar can be based on duration or a predetermined price not to exceed. Upon reaching the discussed time or tab amount, the bar will resume service on a cash bar basis. At this point guests are required to pay for their own drinks.

**Bartending Services is a service provided to the event host in a manner that they choose to take responsibility for and supply all the alcohol, mixers, cups and ice from an outside source—thus, just needing the actually service of bartending at the event. Flair on the Fly still provides all bar tools, including straws, beverage napkins, ice scoops, etc. , but none of the alcohol, mixers, cups or ice. We show up and set up the bar area, bartend the event, and tear down.

Flair on the Fly custom quotes every event tailored to suit the needs of the customer. Since no two events are the same, we base our quotes off of location, duration, and number of guests. Our company features “flair bartending.” Flair bartending is a rare “entertainment style” of bartending, in which the bartender manipulates bottles and bar tools in tricky, dazzling fashions (ie. flipping, spinning, juggling, throwing bottles and/or bar tools). This style of bartending is very intriguing for the host and guests of an event; however, space can limit certain techniques. We offer the latest fashions on cocktail concoctions, and top-notch service; every drink, every time. We dress to impress -- always making sure to be well groomed and dressed appropriately according to the event atmosphere; this can vary from sports themes, cocktail attire, up to formalwear.
