Description
String Shift's band leader plays jazz violin. The combo can be as small as a duo of violin and guitar, and also add bass, drums, keyboard, vocals, or sax. We play a mixture of jazz, pop, show tunes, rock, etc. We can even play classical for the ceremony.
My classical group "String of Pearls" is a string trio, or quartet. We also do weddings, but tend to play mostly classical with a few pop arrangements.

I hired Susan's jazz trio for my reception entertainment. I found her on Gig Masters' website. She is based in MD. She and her trio are very talented. They were flexible by learning new songs not already in their repertoire and even worked with my soloists we added last minute for special songs. They were very professional and created a wonderful atmosphere for our reception.
