Steve Greco of 343 Productions came highly recommended from a friend of mine when we found ourselves without a DJ one month before our wedding. Miraculously Steve was available for our wedding date and served a far greater role than “DJ.” Truthfully, I am not sure what I would have done without Steve on my wedding day. Everyone deserves his level of attentiveness and care.

Steve took a genuine interest in helping us to carefully plan our prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner hour and reception. He was extremely accommodating and completely non-judgmental of our eclectic music taste (and long “Don’t Play” list), and the style of MC-ing we envisioned (minimal) as well as any unique ideas we had for the day/evening.

Steve showed up when he said he would and was completely self-sufficient in his set up (not all vendors are, unfortunately). He delighted our guests with prelude music. His musical timing during the ceremony was flawless. He knew exactly what tempo to strike at every stage of the evening and he knew how to keep every single one of our guests (aged 2 – 86!) on the dance floor all night. It was incredible and more than we ever could have wished for! One of the greatest compliments we received was “You couldn’t tell who was from the bride’s side or who was from the groom’s – everyone was dancing with everyone and having the time of their life.” This all happened under a tent on an 80-degree day. Honestly, no one sat down all night.

Beyond this, Steve also rose above the traditional DJ role and collaborated closely with our other on-site vendors to oversee the schedule for the day and keep us all on track. He did this gently but professionally. And I cannot thank him enough for that alone.

Steve has incredible skill, experience, foresight and passion for what he does. No one will take better care of you and that is invaluable.
