Fleckenstein's Bakery

We ordered cupcakes for our wedding from Fleckenstein's Bakery and they were beautiful and delicious and our guests enjoyed them very much! I can not give a 5 star rating though because of the customer service I received. I worked directly with the owner and he had a kind of rude attitude during our interaction. When I explained we wanted cupcakes, he continuously tried to talk me out of it by assuming I wanted cupcakes because people think they are cheaper than an actual wedding cake which I had explained to him that money had nothing to do with my reason for choosing cupcakes. Also, when discussing that I needed them delivered and that our reception was at Harrah's Casino, his first response was that he did not think they would be able to deliver there because previously they catered a special event they hosted there and the loading docks were occupied by other trucks and they had ended up having to deliver the pastrys through the entrance. I felt that was not a good reason for them to deny delivering for my wedding and did not understand how their past inconvenience should affect me. The last thing was that they do not set up, they deliver the cupcakes in boxes and it's the customers' responsibility to set them up, that was not a big deal but still kind of bothered me, but luckily I have plenty of cousins that were more than happy to assist!
