Haven Salon and Spa

I chose Haven Salon and Spa for my wedding up-do and make-up, and also for my bridesmaids' up-dos. Alyssa, the event coordinator at the salon, was wonderful to work with, always prompt with responses, and very helpful and polite. The facility was beautiful, and my girls and I got our own room in the salon to get ready, have refreshments, and put our stuff in while we were there. The salon staff went above and beyond for us, as they had already booked a wedding party for my wedding date, but opened the salon early so that my girls and I would be able to get our hair done at the salon. The hairdressers were all fun, and very nice, and I even was given 2 free up-do trials, which I really appreciated, because I changed my mind about my up-do style a few times prior to my wedding. The only disappointment we had with the salon was that we had brought bobby pins with a sparkly gem on the end of them to be inserted into each up-do, and it seemed that only a few stylists anchored the pins correctly, as they fell out of the up-do's (including my up-do) throughout the day. Other than that, we had no complaints, and I was very satisfied with my hair, make-up, and the service we received at Haven.
