In addition to providing you with culinary delights, our consulting staff would be happy to arrange for all items that you will need for your event from glassware to flatware to tenting and anything in between. Pistachios Catering has an established relationship with rental companies in the area and will glady handle all of the arrangements for you. We are also affiliated with several local florists that will assist you in making sure your table presentations compliment your menu. The food was fantastic! I wanted a fall themed menu and Pistachio's came up with a great menu. Winter Salad with Lemon Poppyseed dressing, Rosemary garlic Chicken with Apple Fig Compote,Potato Gratin with Leeks, Bacon & Gruyere, Acorn Squash & Fresh Green Beans. My wedding was two months ago and I still have people telling me how wonderful the food was. We spent half of our budget on catering and were extremely happy with Pistachio's Catering.
