Leading up to that day - 2 out of 5 stars.

We got off to a rough start

- she changed starting times the week before the wedding

- was originally going to bring an assistant, but then changed her mind

- changed my trial appointment time (I was coming in from out-of-state)

- she had the wrong pricing in her final quote (luckily, I had it in an email)

That said, when it came to the big day, she was delightful, efficient, and not only did we all look amazing, but we were ready ON TIME! Kathy has a real talent, I would definitely recommend her, but I would make sure you get any communication in writing.
