They were okay. They did a BEAUTIFUL job with my bridesmaids bouquet. They also did a nice job with my bouquet- it was beautiful, but not what I ordered. I ordered and paid for 10 orchids and only recieved 7 or 8. They did not tell me this, it was just a surprise on my wedding day. I sent a picture to them showing EXACTLY how I wanted my bouquet to be held (out the front) but they designed it so it hang off the side, in the crook of your arm. She was very argumentative when I went to ask her about it after the wedding- very defensive; apparantly she was going through some personal things. I was not thrilled with them. Kind of unprofessional in my opinion.

They were okay. They did a great job with the bridesmaids bouquets but I was very disappointed with mine. They are nice people, but they seems unorganized and do not inform you of changes of problems with your flowers. I ordered and paid for a front-held bouquet of 10 orchids but received a side-held bouquet of only 7. I know they were having personal problems at the time, so maybe I just got unlucky...they will make a beautiful bouquet for you, it may just not be quite what you had in mind.
