Not overly impresssed. As a wedding photographer myself, I understand what a good picture should look like and the customer service that should go along with providing the service. KZ Photography was not overly friendly or outoing when taking our photos, and didn't capture everything we had requested. The outdoor photos are better than the indoor ones as the photographer didn't use a flash. Ultimately, the indoor photos had to be manipulated to adjust for darkness and no longer appropriate in color. Additionally, our family pictures are grainy and not exceptional in quality. It took longer than the guaranteed four weeks to receive even a sneak peak of our photos online. However, we were provided a CD of the finished pictures which allows us to order and utilize them as we see fit. Too expsive for the product received. Customer services needs attention.
