Braise

When we selected Shawn I was a little nervous, because he had just opened his business. But it was a fantastic "gamble". He was willing to do something a little different to suit our tastes, and his pricing was fantastic. Since we were at a location that didn't have dishes etc. he was willing to help out with all of that as well, and took a lot of pressure of us finding someone to take care of the dishes. He's a really nice guy and easy to work with.
