Conrhod Zonio Photography

Our experience with Conrhod Zonio Photography and his associates at LightLifeLove photography was frustrating and disappointing. Our wedding was on September 28, 2013 and 2 women from LightLifeLove were there to document our day. Conrhod Zonio was responsible for editing and then delivering the photos to us. On that day, we were told to expect our photos within a month. After the month had passed I contacted Mr. Zonio who told me that he had not finished yet but he would probably be done before Thanksgiving. That added a month to the original time frame we were quoted. This pattern of pushing back the delivery date repeated several times. Each time more frustrating than the last! On 12/23/13 he told me in an email that my wedding was next for him to START editing!! For the past 3 months he repeatedly told me that the reason it was taking so long was because he was taking his time to carefully edit each individual image. He hadn't even started! He was just stalling and buying time. He finished the images on 12/27/13. It only took 4 days for him to finish with my images. When we received them we were not pleased at all with the outcome! I had beautiful deep purple flowers for my wedding and in all the pictures they came out PINK! Where was all the care and concern in editing my images?!? He couldn't even get the colors right. Even now in trying to get them fixed, every conversation with Mr. Zonio is difficult and uncomfortable. He will not answer my direct questions and turns a simple request of fixing the flower color, to reflect what was actually at my wedding, into a step by step narrative of his editing process and how the pink is because that's how the camera picked it up with the lighting. I know this isn't be true because every image, whether it's indoors, outdoors,in a dark room or a well lit parlor.... there are PINK flowers everywhere..... My husband's iPhone took better pictures with truer color than the professional we hired. I wish we had not paid him upfront. I feel like he has and is abusing the power he has over our wedding pictures. Do NOT hire this man or his associates! You will only end up with headaches and poor pictures!!!

Most amazing photographer I know. Check out his work online...it speaks for itself! Bottom line, his photos have brought tears to many because they are absolutely stunning!
