I was nice giving her the one star and that's because the day-of flowers were very pretty. The florist was the worst experience of my wedding. She was rude when we wanted to change things and tried to make us feel bad for changing our minds becuase our budget changed. She's very nice in person but over the phone and email she is extremely rude. I had to go to another florist the day of my bridal portraits because she included blood red carnations in my bouquet that was all pastel colors. Extremely stressful dealing with her. It also took almost 4 months to get our refund since we paid up front. Horrible, you will regret working with her.
