Wanda Garcia

Wanda was a great help. I planned this wedding for 2 years and the last minute(literally 1 month before the wedding) one of my vendors suggested her, so i didn't have to worry about all the day of things. She had all her ducks in a row and knows how a wedding should be laid out. 4 days before the wedding she found transportation for the rehearsal dinner and got everything set up! It was perfect! The only thing, I was unhappy about was that majority of the fans and programs I made we not given out during the ceremony. I didn't have any post wedding feedback from her if all my guests picked up their favors or if there were extras. Some of my guests didn't get their favors.

Wanda Garcia was an excellent choice as my wedding planner. We hired her as a 'day of' the wedding coordinator, but she did so much more than that. She was very professional and very transparent in her communications with me. She knows the business well and was able to recommend superb vendors. She was also always available via e-mail or phone. Although I had lived in Puerto Rico, trying to plan my wedding from Michigan was a challenge, thus having someone like Wanda to help with the details was a big relief to me. She also checked out the main venue for me which I booked without having seen. She made sure the venue worked for our purposes and worked with Gadiel Valentin, an amazing florist, to decorate the venue to our liking. We were very happy with her work and honestly, if anything went wrong or was out of place the day of the wedding, I never knew because she was there to take care of everything. She made everything that day run smoothly and everything was perfect!
