Bridal Elegance

I found this shop through Craigslist and took my gown in for alterations. I needed a bustle added and some of the ribcage area let out. I was given a quote of $150 and left my dress with Rhonda. I came back for 3 additional fittings and was unhappy with how the bustle turned out and requested she try something else, which she did. Upon picking my dress up, I was charged over $300, which I was not happy about (nor was that price ever discussed). Some of the appliques she added were a slightly different color and were not completely tacked down. Nobody noticed except me, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of less.
