At first meeting seemed to understand what we wanted as musics for the wedding and was quite available. At the wedding we didn't put any of the musics we chose (besides the first dance and the entrance). The volume was too loud, even though we asked him several times to lower it.

Even so, people had fun but older people and infants had to leave the room because of the sound.

We also asked him to have the Karaoke option (which was included) and in the day he told us that he didn't have that option (as if we never talked about it). Awful.
