It was hard getting in touch with them, and we hardly heard from them from the time we ordered our cake to the wedding. The cake also did not turn out like we thought it would, and they had very limited options for size/ shape. HOWEVER they were very nice, and the cake ended up beautiful and everyone raved about the taste-- try strawberry champagne with buttercream frosting! :)
