Fabulous Foods, despite the somewhat tacky name, is amazing. I am a picky foodie and they surpassed my expectations at a reasonable rate. We still have guests raving about the delicious food. Bison brisket in a huckleberry chipotle sauce, pecan-crusted fresh trout with a cilantro lime sauce, the most delicious broiled vegetables you've ever had an event, amazing truffle macaroni and cheese, a very delicious quinoa salad, and absolutely divine passed hors d'oeuvres. And with Fabulous Food, not only do you get great food, you get a party planner. They handled the rentals, set everything up (even my somewhat complicated centerpieces), served everything, and cleaned it all up. And they handled everything with a studied eye. They knew how to handle my too drunk cousin, were very accommodating for anything we needed, made sure we got to eat our delicious food, even made up a plate for my husband's grandmother. In short, they are amazing. Even if you're not into unique food, they can cater to you. Use them!
