Ronda Bragg Photography

I'm so livid right now, I'm seeing red!! Sept 26th will be a year Michael and I said our vows. Our wedding pictures that we paid alot of money for is still not done, and all I'm getting from the photographer right now is excuses. She has deleted her photography page on Facebook and internet and her Facebook page and our engagement pictures she done in Aug of 2015 hasn't been on the photography page for friends and family to copy for almost 8 months. Thank god I paid over $300 to have a 4x7 copy for myself. I have tried contacting her and my messages although show on Facebook messenger as read gets responded to days later, and she wonders why I think she is ignoring me....hmmm. The excuses started in Feb when our 20 week deadline was up, but that didn't stop her from taking more families pictures fully knowing she couldn't even finish ours, (must have been for the money right). I read on her photography page that she did senior announcements, took the money but never made good on the pictures. Fyi graduation was in May 2016, what good are the announcements now...NONE. The best part of it all is I trusted Ronda Bragg so much that she has the only pictures of our wedding day, never to be recreated again. Family and friends never took pictures at our request so we could have special pictures with them included without a camera in their face. Ronda knew from the beginning how important my pictures are to me because I told her on multiple occasions, hence the reason we paid $2000.00 for pictures. I seen her work on friends pages and decided to hire her for our special day, BIG mistake, I'd gladly pay a million dollars to not have to deal with the crap we have dealt with over this year, which is supposed to be one of the happiest. To kick it all off her daughter got engaged sept 11 2016 and low and behold her engagement pictures jump right to the top of the priority list and is now featured on her page, at this rate her wedding pictures will probably be completed before mine also. I'm sorry but not sorry if this offends any of my friends who hired her, just count your lucky stars you got your pictures. So anyhow with all that said sept 26th we will be celebrating our wedding anniversary at the courthouse filing a lawsuit and Im sure a few more of her disgruntled customers will follow suit.
