Tiffany Mullens did an outstanding job on our flowers! She captured exactly what we were imagining! She is very organized and puts everything on a spreadsheet so you know exactly what everything will cost up front. She also provided us with a prototype of our flower arrangement so we would know exactly what to expect on the wedding day.
