Pamelas Catering

Of all of the vendors we worked with, Fran at Pamela's catering was by far, hands down, the BEST. She went above and beyond to make sure that the food at our wedding was perfect. She created dishes that weren't on the menu to go along with our theme. We had peached as our centerpieces, so she made a peach salad as a side. She also went through one of her local vendors for the peaches to use on our centerpieces AND she kept them in her cooler to keep them fresh for the wedding. On top of that she and her staff helped our wedding coordinator set up. None of that was in her job description, but she wanted to make sure our day was perfect. And last but certainly not least, the food was INCREDIBLE. We still receive compliments about how good the food was. It wasn't your standard "mushy chicken" you normally are served at weddings. Like chicken picatta or chicken marsala. She had dishes on her menu that we could choose from that were totally outside of the box. We ended up going with the honey mustard chicken which was DELICIOUS. I can't thank Fran & the staff over at pamela's catering enough. I recommend them to everyone.

Fran is the owner and she was wonderful. The food was so good and her wait staff were great and were hard workers.
