The initial meeting I had with our florist I was very impressed with what they had to offer for our wedding. However, I was very dissatisfied how unorganized they were. They forgot the flowers on my archway, they did not bring my toss bouquet, and my bridal bouquet was not put together like we had discussed. And on top of that they put the wrong flowers on my wedding cake!! I even went in the day before the wedding and explained the bridal bouquet in person! They did attempt to fix these errors the day of the wedding, but who wants to have their bouquet fixed 30 minutes prior to walking down the aisle? Above all, I wrote them an email after the wedding expressing my concerns and no one responded.
