I would have given them 5-stars if the owner did not call me the day before my wedding and try to accuse me of "swindling" services. He swore my contract did not include a mic for the ceremony. I did not have my contract on me but swore it did. He insisted that I was trying to take advantage of his company and the overall tone of the phone call was horrible. As soon as I got home, I checked my contract and confirmed that I was right and a mic for the ceremony was included. I called him back and had to leave a message, but I politely pointed out his mistake. He never called back but did email me to say "Sorry I was looking at another wedding." HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

However, I still gave 3-stars because our DJ (Tom) did a fantastic job and everything went perfectly! His communication was great and he played all of the songs we most wanted to hear. Thank you Tom!
