Stewart and Blair are amazing! The appetizers were my favorite and many guests commented on how great they were. My only complaint was that the fish (mahi mahi) was dry, but I know it is hard to cook for 100 people. Stewart really worked with us on our budget and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
