No need for guests to travel far from hotels! Beautiful landscaping and interiors along with an experienced staff will make your wedding day one to remember.

This Greek Revival Mansion is ideal for special occasions, offering over 10,000 square feet for you and your guests!

Athens one and only National Historic Landmark, the Taylor Grady House was built circa 1884 by Robert Taylor, a wealthy cotton merchant and planter, and was home to Henry W. Grady, a well known 19th century newspaperman and namesake of the University of Georgia's school of journalism during his years at the University, 1865-8.

After exchanging hands many times, this house belonged to an estate in the 1950's and 60's and was left vacant for thirteen years. The house fell into disrepair during that time, but was saved when the city of Athens bought it in 1966 and turned over to the Junior League of Athens ( a non profit organization dedicated to women, children and poverty) to operate. The house is furnished with beautiful antiques and is a treasured National historic and local landmark.
