Vikki was amazing. Calm, helpful and I found my dream dress which got many compliments on the night. She even recommended someone to make alterations who was also very good. There was a mix up the colours of one of my bridesmaid dresses but when asked if I could swap the dress for another off the rack so that I could keep to the colour scheme she was more than willing to do so. (No alterations were made on this dress) and she was local too. Very happy!
