Lady Luck's Cover Ups

Jennifer did a beautiful job with my chairs and tables. the problem with this vendor is that she does not contact her clients after the event when SHE OWES THEM REFUNDS! Do not use this vendor because she has owed us a refund since April 18, 2010 and has not responded to my numerous attempts to contact her and get my money. This vendor certainly cares about being paid on time but refuses to refund the client any monies owed. Brides beware!!! Jennifer DOES NOT have ethical business practices and DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS for overpayments. We had to cut our guest list and over paid, because she wanted to be paid in full!, and 9 MONTHS LATER WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. And what's worse is Jennifer does not even answer our calls or respond to our emails. Jennifer is not an ethical business person and I DO NOT recommend her to any bride!

I was extrmemly satisfied with the centerpieces and chair covers Jennifer provided. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much for making our day so beautiful!
