Best bartender and waitstaff you can find. Susan was like an angel sent from heaven to intervene on my crazy neurotic planning. She kept me calm, rolled with the punches, and always kept our priorities in mind (having an incredible time with our friends and family while celebrating our marriage). She organized wait staff, tended bar, and served as the point of contact for all things food/beverage related. She's awesome and well worth the investment.
