Bridal Superstore, Posie Patch

This was one of the worst experiences of the entire planning process. The people at this store offer absolutely NO customer service. They are only about MONEY and once they have yours they could care less about you or your dress.

After spending >$1000 on a dress there I wasn't allowed to try on veils in my dress without a consultant and an appointment, even though I had been expressly told that trying on veils would be no problem when I came for an alteration appointment at their store when I purchased the dress.

The store front appearance does not match the attitude of the people who work at the store. You would think they were working at a Vera Wang exclusive salon. The behavior witnessed to many other young women, friends and mothers of the bride when they entered the store was astounding. This place is a super store, there is no focus on customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

The dress was beautiful! They were very accomodating to my daughter's needs and the tailoring of the dress went well.
