Husband and wife team. Quite unflexible with time, very terse, bordering on rude, email communication from Ashley. We were not impressed with the engagement shoot pics...at all. That could have something to do with the fact that pretty much the only day all summer before the wedding they could do it was the hottest day of the year. They tried to bill us for "extra time" the night of the wedding, and gave us a huge hassle about it. Didn't get a go-ahead before electing to stay and run up the bill. When they emailed a pic for me to use with my wife's bride's gift, they claimed it was in lieu of an entire album! What a crock. One re-touched picture in place of an entire engagement shoot album?!?! I don't know if we inadvertantly pissed them off, but they were NOT cooperative and fun to work with...at all. And considering that the wedding industry is all about customer service and subsequent word-of-mouth, I'm shocked at how unaccomidating and arrogant they acted toward us. Avoid. There are plenty of stellar photogs out there.
