I Do! Wedding Cakes

Well I was quite excited to get my cake from this company. Their cakes had been featured in several magazine including several cakes in the Toronto Life. I was extremely disappointed when we entered the room for our first dance and saw the cake. It looked nothing like what I had requested, not the size, not the colours nothing. It was nice and thank god the colour albeit not what requested still matched with our decor, but it wasent the cake I expected. A week following the wedding I was having a leftover piece of cake and I saw on one of the box that was left at the venue for us to take leftover the name Nikki and Chuck... I then realized that I got someone else's cake.. I contacted the vendor she apolized and at first offered me the deposit back and then said she would reimburse me the totality of the cake price ($750). That was a nice gesture but the damage was done, this is not something that can be undone. For that reason I would not recommend this company. The cake did taste good and Im sure that Nikki and Chuck appreciated our cake...
