Rob Rivers the Salon & Spa

The stylist I got assigned to was angry that I chose my own hairstyle for the day, and that she didn't get to design one. I brought in a picture for her of what I wanted, but at the trial, she insisted on doing what SHE wanted, not what I had asked for. The day of, I let her know ahead of time that if I didn't leave the salon with the exact hairstyle I requested, I would have my stepmother cancel the payment for it. She did do what I asked after that, but I should not have had to say that to her, and I should not have been then physically tormented by her pulling, stabbing, and yanking my hair. The salon itself was also unprofessional, refusing to call me back when I tried to make the appointments for the wedding day. I would never go back, and will tell everyone I know to not patronize this salon.
