"I was in awe of how I looked on my wedding day. Right from the hair trial, I knew that Sher from Hairbysher.com was a knowledgeable, friendly professional, whom I clicked with immediately. We talked during the planning session, and she knew how to turn my ideas into reality as an amazing, detailed hair style. I shared with Sher, my concerns of my hair style deflating after a long wedding day, and to my surprise, the hair style created by HairbySher.com stayed looking fresh and new throughout the wedding day! The highlight of my wedding day was to be part of this process whereby I started with nothing, and end up with a piece of art as part of my hair which everyone agreed was a transformation like no other. I really want to thank Sher and HairbySher.com, for making my wedding day one of the best days of my life that I will truly never forget!"

I was very disappointed in the service of this company. Sher does not fully disclose the full prices of her services. She increased prices after the initial contract and agreement were signed 1 month before my wedding. I find this to be very unprofessional and she exhibited poor customer service when questioned about it.

It is incredibly misleading to tell your client 1 price and write up a contract for it and then increase the price 1 month before the wedding, say you are going to write up a new contract and expect your client to accept. At least offer an "out" for the bride since this was not in the contract agreement or a full refund on the deposit.

Based on my overall experience with this company, I think Hair by Sher lacked professionalism and tact. I don't recommend this business to anyone, especially any bride. Save yourself the stress and find a different vendor. Trust me there are much better and nicer hair stylists out there!
