Fantasy in Frosting

We met with Nancy for our tasting and loved her. I had a picture of the cake design, but did not want fondant used as in the picture. She assured me she could make my cake in butter cream frosting. I also did not want the frosted flowers as in the picture and provided a paint chip of the shade of purple I wanted. On arrival to my venue, Wiedemann Hill Mansion, I noticed my cake was poorly covered in fondant, leaning, had frosted flowers and the color was completely wrong. I have complained and asked for a refund as they did not provide the cake I ordered or paid for as fondant is $100 more for a 100 serving cake. They have refused to offer anything. Nancy has yet to contact me, every word has come from Michael. He said it had butter cream, just under the fondant, the cake was not as much as a disaster as I stated, and since I served it to my guests I was not entitled to as refund! I guess I was supposed to skip the cake at my wedding.

Beautiful and delicious cakes! Patti at Fatasy in Frosting is an artist! I gave her a few ideas and she created exactly what I wanted! Could not be happier with the taste or look of the cakes. We had about 7 different flavors and all of them were amazing!
