Publix Grocery Store

I know, I know, its a grocery store. But if you are a budget savey couple, the chocolate cake was outstanding. The only consideration is that Publix stores are in Chattanooga, and not very close to the wedding venue. You also have to pick up your own cake; no delivery option. But again if you are on a budget but want a great cake, this is it.
