Jen was great to work with personally;however, important family photos were missed to be taken he photo's we wanted taken on the wedding day even though we went through her list and submitted prior to the wedding day as requested. Also, there were a few poses that required more direction and didn't turn our right because of that. My arm was behind my back (I was holding up my train) and it looks odd when everyone else has their arms down. Disappointed
