Frank and Ruth were great! Frank is really passionate about the food and will even personalize your menu to fit your needs. Crystal Cove will take care of your site, the chairs, the tables, the linens, the invitation ordering, the cake...!!! Ruth is on hand for your on site rehearsal to help walk you through. They can get a little busy just before June and it can be difficult to get them to return your phone calls and email. And the flexibility on the menu might go out the window on the wedding day. I had asked for hot dogs to be available for my 3 year old nephew and 5 year old niece. Come that day, Ruth told my sister that 'hot dogs are not on the menu'. I went to Frank and asked if I could have a few hot dogs and he was very obliging. My sister (also a bridesmaid) called Ruth the 'Wedding Nazi'.
