AZ Inspirations Catering

Az Inspirations has AMAZING food. They WILL NOT dissapoint! Everyone at our wedding was in love with the food, we could not have asked for a better food experiance. The communication/customer service from the owner Nikko (who is the one you'll work with directly) is horrible. He is a very nice guy, but dont expect an email or call back to any inquiries or questions once you've signed the contract. Also, if you happen to use this caterer, make sure you have them give you the left over food (some folks get hungry after dinner). We paid for 250 only about 200 ate but wanted 2nds and couldnt get any because the Caterer had already packed up and left before we could ask. It would have been nice to get a "last call" for 2nds or at least an update of when they were going to leave with the food we paid extra for...but over all - the Food is amazing and the service could be better. Be careful! when you go for your tasting, you will be seduced by the food, ambiance of the dinner and conversation by Nikko, but dont let that fool you, he is a horrible communicator, unfortunately.
